No International shipping.
Dry goods:
We offer free shipping for most orders over $49. If your order is under $49, shipping is $4.92. We use a combination of USPS and UPS Ground as our shipping methods. Most orders ship within 1 business day.
Live goods: Shipping for live goods is a flat charge of $45 shipped via UPS Overnight to anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.

We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, unless other specific arrangements are made.
All live animals are shipped in an insulated box using heat packs or cold packs if necessary.
DOA Policy:
Well over 99% of the corals and fish we ship arrive alive and healthy. However, in the unlikely event that something does happen, be assured that all livestock are backed by our live arrival guarantee. We will provide store credit for any item that arrives DOA. Notify us immediately if any item is DOA, and a clear photo must be sent to us within 2 hours of signing for delivery.
For fish, we require a clear photo of the fish inside the sealed bag. We are not liable for improper acclimation, so if you have any questions on proper acclimation, please ask. Once the bag is opened and you've begun your acclimation of the fish, it is your responsibility to keep it alive.
DOA policy only applies to items that are delivered first attempt, on time.
We will credit the purchase price only. No refunds on shipping charges.
